20 minutes is all it takes to save a life. An AED, or automated external defibrillator, is used to help those experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. Get trained how how to use Milford First’s AED equipment so that you can be ready help your fellow congregants during an emergency situation.

Trainings will be offered after worship services on the following Sundays in December and January:

First Service
Sunday, December 4
Sunday, December 11

Second Service
Sunday, January 8
Sunday, January 15

All are encouraged to attend. Please contact Donna in the office so that those facilitating the trainings have an idea of how many to expect.
