Yoga Classes on Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30 PM in lower level 105
Raylene Gerber, a Yoga Alliance Teacher in Training, offers classes for all fitness levels at MFUMC.
The focus is on basic yoga postures with an emphasis on proper alignment, body awareness and linking breathing with movement. Participants will learn simple meditations and relaxation techniques to calm the mind and release tension in their bodies. “On my mat, I find stillness, peace, and spiritual connections." The best part of yoga is that it meets you where you are and everybody can practice.
