- One of our members, Fred Thomas, has been participating in training to be a member of a Kairos Team and will be participating in Kairos #33 Sept 14-17 for residents of Lebanon Correctional Inst. He is asking for support from us.

Adult Men’s Basketball
- Men, 25 or older interested in playing basketball are welcome every Monday from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Great Hall.

Open Gym For Youth
- There is a supervised time for Youth ages 8-14 to participate in "Open Gym" on Wednesdays from 4-6 pm. Invite your friends and come inside for some basketball, volleyball, board games, etc.

2008 Calendar Featuring MFUMC Stained Glass
- The Missions Committee has printed a limited number (100) of 2008 full-color calendars which feature the lovely, unique stained glass of our historic church.

IHN Update
- In 2007, our church hosted families 5 times during the year for a week at a time. A total of 18 families (20 adults, 32 children) ate, slept, played and prayed at the church.

- The Milford First UMC Board of Trustees is offering the congregation the opportunity to purchase a window for $300. This will help defray the cost for replacing the old wooden windows throughout the building.

Blood Drive Results

Attn. King's Kids & Cherub Choir Parents

New Life Furniture Update
- So far this year we have delivered 901 items to 89 local families in need. That’s 89 families and individuals who are no longer living in empty apartments and sleeping on the floors. Praise God!
