The Greater Milford Area Historical Society presents the second annual Art Affaire on Saturday, September 15th from noon to 5 PM on the beautiful grounds of the historic Promont House Museum. Featured are local artists of various media including pottery, jewelry, photography, watercolor and oil paintings, sculpture, wood carvings, wearables, fiber arts, and more (our own O'Neal Johnston and Jean Shaw will be there!). Entertainment will be provided by The Dulcimer Society and Milford sibling musicians Kelly and Corrie Moll and Abbey and Evan Sussell. The Young Professionals Group of Interfaith Hospitality Network of Greater Cincinnati presents another fund-raiser to benefit the IHN shelter and programs for families experiencing homelessness. The Health Committee will be offering the American Heart Association CPR Class and has scheduled it for Saturday, March 8 from 9AM to Noon. Class includes CPR for adults, infants, children, AED (automatic defibrillator near the bulletin board in our church). This class IS NOT the 8-hour professional class for health care workers. Teens & adults are welcome. $15 is due the day of the class, which is provided by the Miami Township Fire Department. Class size is limited so sign up soon.
